Mr. Sushant Phadnis born on April 28, in Kolhapur, India and in a well-known and prestigious family of Mr. Sharadchandra Phadnis, renowned Chartered accountant from Western Maharashtra. In 2006, under the proprietorship of Mr. Sushant Phadnis, Sushant Phadnis & Co. was established to provide best Chartered Accountancy and Financial Consultancy Services. Mr. Sushant Phadnis has earned Chartered Accountant degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has perused his Bachelor of Commerce from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is a student of St. Xavier’s High School Kolhapur.

Mrs. Shilpa Phadnis has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science. She is Director of Kolhapur Constructions Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Warana Ghruha Nirmitti Pvt. Ltd., and Vision Biosciences Pvt. Ltd.
She coordinates daily operational functions, streamlines management systems, monitors budgets, supervises managers, improves business efficiency, requests audits, and analyzes financial data at the companies where she is Director.
Her superior organizational skills and strategic planning are always an assist to the organization in generating positive revenue growth, harmonizing operations, improving employee performance, and enhancing the business model. She possesses strong leadership skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, a talent for finance and budgets, the ability to multi-task, and superior interpersonal skills.
Mrs. Shilpa Phadnis helps in streamlining company operations and ensures that administrative functions run smoothly, eliminating wastage, and improve overall organization's financial standing through accurate expenditure monitoring and budget forecasting. She also plays a key role in the expansion of the firms where she is a Director.

Mr. Pranjal Phadnis is heading the Income Tax Departmet at Sushant Phadnis & Co. He has 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting tax. He is skilled in preparing individual business benefit fund real estate and exempt organization tax returns. He has excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. He is detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.

Mr. Satish Potdar is working with Income Tax Departmet at Sushant Phadnis & Co. since last 15 years. He is adept in the preparation and review of
Federal and multi-state tax returns. He is proficient with Alternative Minimum Tax regulations and stock options. He prepares financial projections for the computation of estimated tax liabilities. He designs and implements data gathering spreadsheets to allow for increasing efficiency in tax return turn-around time. He is performed in tax and financial planning for clients with excess net worth.
